Client Responsibilities

• Share necessary access credentials (hosting, ad accounts, social platforms, etc.)
• Provide timely approvals and feedback

Delays in client response may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.

Performance & Results Disclaimer

We focus on strategic, data-driven execution.
However:

• Marketing outcomes depend on external factors such as market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
• We do not guarantee specific revenue figures, sales numbers, or ranking positions unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We commit to professional execution — not unrealistic promises.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
• Strategy documents, internal frameworks, systems, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of The Adspire Digital.

We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality.
Business information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties unless:

• Required by law
• Necessary for service execution (e.g., platform integrations)
• Agreed upon in writing

Account Access & Platform Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining access credentials to their digital platforms.
The Adspire Digital is not liable for:

• Account suspensions
• Policy violations
• Platform bans
• Access loss due to prior account history

We are also not responsible for changes in platform policies, pricing structures, or algorithm updates.

Limitation of Liability

The Adspire Digital shall not be held responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Platform outages (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Client-side implementation errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Force Majeure

• Technical or infrastructure failures

Termination

Outstanding payments for completed work remain payable.
